These terms apply to your use of www.noorilacademy.online and to every purchase from Nooril Academy, operated by Anmol Verma ("we", "us"). By buying a product you agree to them.

1. Products

We sell digital educational publications (PDF files and ZIP bundles of PDF files). Each product page describes the content, format and length. We may update a publication to correct errors or improve it.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and charged once at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details.

3. Delivery

Products are delivered as a download link after payment is verified, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

4. Licence

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to download, read and print it for your own use. You may not resell, share, upload, distribute, sublicense or publish the files or substantial parts of them, in original or modified form.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Educational content

Our publications are for general educational purposes. They do not guarantee any particular result, income, grade or outcome, and they are not legal, tax, financial, medical or professional advice.

7. Intellectual property

All content, designs and banners on this website and in our products are owned by Nooril Academy unless stated otherwise.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where our business is located.
